Trait Overlap Chart: ADHD to Autism, Giftedness, CPTSD and Burnout

$11.00

Have you ever wondered why there’s so much overlap in the descriptions of Autism, ADHD, Giftedness, Burnout—and even Complex PTSD (CPTSD)? Let’s dig in.

To give you a glimpse of how my brain “sees” and synthesizes patterns when assessing someone across these areas of complexity, I’ve created an 11-page comparison table featuring traits commonly associated with ADHD—and:

  • Identified how each item may also overlap with Autism, Giftedness, Burnout, and/or CPTSD

  • Included my reasoning for why and how these traits can show up across multiple domains of neurodivergence and trauma-related responses

In other words, every time someone endorses a trait in an ADHD assessment, this table shows the broader differential considerations I explore—informing potential diagnoses, identifications, or next steps.

This resource is a sneak peek of that table—designed for you to share with your therapist, coach, partner, family, or medical provider to help explain the full picture of your complexity.
